At OASB we are immensely proud of the achievements of our Year 11 and Year 13 cohorts and the results they have achieved. These results demonstrate the immense hard work and determination of students and staff over the last 5 and 7 years!
KS4
Oasis Academy South Bank has a Progress 8 score in 2024 of 0.82 this year meaning that student here make nearly a whole grade of extra progress in each subject than the national average. The average Progress 8 Score for state-funded schools in Lambeth is -0.15.

We are especially proud that with these results, and the skills and resilience they have developed over the last 5 years, 100% of our Year 11s have moved into their next stage of education, training and employment.
Of our latest cohort of students 89% were entered for the EBacc qualification meaning that they have been entered for English, Maths and Science qualifications as well as a language and humanity. The latest available data shows that on average schools are only entering 39% of their students for this qualification with a government target of 75%. Fantastic progress and attainment were also achieved in English, Maths, Science, Languages and Humanities.
There were some brilliant individual success stories, such as James, Aria, Henry and Amalia who all achieved eight Grade 9s. Our students achieved 87 grade 9s in total, at a rate double the national average!
A-Level Results
Alongside the fantastic success of our GCSE results, our young people have produced an outstanding set of A-Level results. 50% of our students’ A-Level grades were awarded at A*-B, with attainment and progress measures all improving since 2023. All students moved onto further study, degree apprenticeships or employment with 50% of students going to university are going to a Russell Group university including UCL, Manchester, Sheffield, LSE, Queen Mary, Bristol, KCL and Nottingham.
There were some brilliant individual success stories such as Solomon, who achieved A*A*AB and goes on to study Chemistry and Oxford, Shafi who achieved A*A*A and goes onto King’s college to do Biomedical Science and Minerva who achieved A*A*A and is studying Maths at the University of Bath.
